Biography
Tina Stogner has served as the Economic Services Administrator since 2019. Growing up in Mount Holly, she graduated from East Gaston High School and then UNC-Charlotte where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice. In 2012, Tina joined Gaston County as Economic Services Supervisor in Medicaid. She was promoted to Economic Services Coordinator in 2013 before moving to her current position. Prior to Gaston Department of Health and Human Services, Tina worked in several counties in various positions. She has more than 24 years of public assistance program experience.
Tina oversees Medicaid, Food and Nutrition Services, Program Integrity and Non-Emergency Medicaid Transportation. She is a 2017 Leadership Gaston alumni and serves on the Transportation Advisory Board and the board for Carolina Center for Counseling and Clinical Services, Inc.
