Gaston County is seeking bids for providing and installing an ADA Marsh Theme Playground with Additional Pieces at Dallas Park, Gaston County NC. Sealed bids will be immediately opened in Room B in the Citizens Resource Center at 5:00pm, 1303 Dallas Cherryville Highway, Dallas NC 28053.
A site visit is strongly suggested. Email contact person for bidding documents containing full instructions and specifications. Bidder must use the County’s bid form. Funding involves federal funds, so all federal laws and requirements must be followed. All designs must meet CPSC and ASTM Guidelines for public playground safety as well as ADA requirements. Experienced playground vendors who meet the specifications are encouraged to participate. Gaston County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to accept or reject bids pursuant to the provisions of NC GS 143-129, and to accept or reject any or all bids only for sound documented reasons.
