Bids will be publicly opened at this time in the Landfill Scale House Conference Room, Gaston County Landfill, 3155 Philadelphia Church Road, Dallas, NC 28034. The Gaston County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to accept or reject bids pursuant to provision of N. C. General Statutes 143-129, and to reject any or all bids only for sound documented reasons.
