1. When will I receive the condoms?

Condoms will be mailed on the upcoming Monday, with the exception of county holidays.

2. Is the condom delivery confidential?

We cannot guarantee confidentiality. The condoms will be sent in an unmarked padded envelope without a return address. However, if someone opens the package, they will see the condoms and information about the Health Department’s services. We will not share your information with a third party.

3. What if I am allergic to latex?

There is an option to request non-latex condoms when completing the survey.

4. I am running low on condoms; can I request more?

Yes! Simply fill out the online survey again to receive another package of condoms.
