Is the condom delivery confidential?: We cannot guarantee confidentiality. The condoms will be sent in an unmarked padded envelope without a return address. However, if someone opens the package, they will see the condoms and information about the Health Department’s services. We will not share your information with a third party.

1. When will I receive the condoms?: Condoms will be mailed on the upcoming Monday, with the exception of county holidays.

3. What if I am allergic to latex?: There is an option to request non-latex condoms when completing the survey.

4. I am running low on condoms; can I request more?: Yes! Simply fill out the online survey again to receive another package of condoms.
