Allen Fraley has served on the Gaston County Board of Commissioners since 2004.
He's served on several City and County boards prior to running for the Board of Commissioners and now serves as the board's representative to the Gaston/Cleveland/Lincoln Metropolitan Planning Organization.
Commissioner Fraley is the full-time general manager for the Cherryville ABC Board, where he has worked for the past decade. He is also a licensed and active Realtor and owned his own insurance business for a decade prior to that.
He's been married to his wife, Susan, for 35 years, and has two grown children, Zack and Meg. He also has two grandchildren.
He's an active member of the First United Methodist Church in Cherryville.
