Program dedicated to promoting healthy eating and physical activity in communities of faith. over nine sessions, participants learn to discuss in a small group setting. They also choose some policy and environmental changes to make that will help their faith community become healthier.
A seven week program for youth ages 10-14 years old and their parents or guardians. It is designed to help families manage emotions, discipline appropriately, set goals, avoid peer pressure, problem solve together, and build strong relationships.
