Tell us what you think about Gaston County! Community Health Assessment survey is live now.
Every three years, Gaston County conducts a Community Health Assessment (CHA) so residents can identify the issues that they feel the community should address. We need your help to make sure all county residents from each of our 13 municipal towns have a chance to share their opinion.
Take just 10 minutes and complete the survey at www.gastongov.com/cha.
Capturing residents’ opinions can help make Gaston County a better place to live! By sharing the link, residents will help tell us about their concerns, the services and programs that they need, and the issues they want policy makers to prioritize.
The survey will be open from March 1st to May 31. All answers are completely anonymous.
We prepared these questions with staff and volunteers from 18 community organizations, including CaroMont Regional Medical Center, Gaston County United Way, Gaston Regional Chamber, Gaston Together, Gaston Family Health Services and Gaston County Schools. If you have any questions about the survey, please call Yvonne Boafo at 704/853-5097 or Abby Newton at 704/853-5103 at the Gaston County Department of Health & Human Services.
Thank you in advance for making Gaston County a safe and healthy place to live!
