On 06/15/2012 the Gaston County Police Department arrested Robert (Bob) Luther Hager of 611 Alexis Lucia Rd Alexis, NC. Hager was charged with (3) counts of Indecent Liberties with a Minor and (1) count of Statutory Sex Offense with a Minor. He is currently being held in the Gaston County Jail. These charges are related to two cases involving males who were 15 years of age at the time of the offenses. All of the offenses occurred at Mr. Hager’s residence.
This case was referred to the Gaston County Police Department by the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force. The ICAC Program is a national network of 61 coordinated task forces representing over 3,000 federal, state, and local law enforcement and prosecutorial agencies. These agencies are engaged in proactive investigations, forensic investigations, and criminal prosecutions of persons who sexually exploit children. The Gaston County Police Department is an active member of the ICAC Task Force.
