A MANDATORY pre-proposal meeting will be held at the Gaston County Courthouse, Public Forum, 325 North Marietta Street, Gastonia, NC 28052 on Wednesday, February 15, 2012, at 2:00pm. Proposal submissions will be due at 3:00pm on Friday, March 16, 2012 in the Gaston County Courthouse, Public Works Department, Suite 1051, 325 North Marietta Street, Gastonia NC, 28052.
