2012 Information
Applications for the 2012 show will be mailed out in June. Guidelines and application are available to download below. The fee for 2012 will be $35. Remember, all goods must be handmade or hand crafted. If you are unsure if your item(s) fall under the handmade/hand crafted category, please call us at 704-922-2160. Crafter Guidelines and Application
Cotton Ginning Days is a unique festival that attempts to recreate life as it was in the late 1800s. The festival features antique farm and textile equipment displays brought in by exhibitors from all over the southeast. Our star attraction of Cotton Ginning Days is a fully operational cotton gin, a permanent exhibit in the park. Festival activities include bluegrass and traditional music by nationally known and regional artists, a Kid's County Fair with pony and train rides, great food, and much more. Patrons come from more than a 100-mile radius and the attendance averages 30,000 over the three-day weekend.
We offer great facilities for arts and craft vendors. The Arts and Craft Sale is set up in vacant, clean horse stalls with overhead cover, lights, electricity and running water. We have police security in the park day and night and most vendors choose to leave their wares overnight in their booth. We assign spaces first come, first served. When all craft vendors are in place, the Arts and Craft Area resembles storefronts - each booth with an outside and inside area. The Craft Vendor fee is $35 for all three days (crafters are not required to attend all three days).
