2008 Just Plain Dog Show - Best in Show WinnerThe 40th Annual Just Plain Dog Show is just around the corner on May 5th from 10am till 12:30 featuring a special performance by Mutts Gone Nuts.  The free show has two categories with 30 different classes for your four legged friend to participate in.  Contestants must be Gaston County students in grades 1-9 and there is no admission charge or entry fee. All dogs that enter must be tagged and have a current rabies vaccination. Ribbons will be presented to the top three finishers in each class. Entry forms must be turned in by Tuesday May 1st at 5:00 pm, so register soon. You can pick up and turn your entry forms at the Gaston County Parks and Recreation Department, the Gaston Gazette or Gaston County Animal Control or download it from our website.
