PASA & Parks & Recreation - A Perfect Partnership

What would you say if someone called and offered to build proposed trails in your largest park, free of charge?  To make the offer more attractive, these trails have been in your park master plan for more than fifteen years and funding looks bleak.  Gaston County Parks & Recreation said "yes" to the offer from Piedmont Area Singletrack Alliance, beginning a successful partnership between the two groups.
